Houston Offshore Engineering has the full capability to perform preliminary facilities layout for the purpose of platform sizing. This includes developing an equipment list from the client-provided design basis.

 

The equipment list includes approximate weights and sizes for purposes of layout studies to optimize the topsides design, develop general arrangements for review, provide topsides weight/centers of gravity, etc. for platform sizing.
