The staff of Houston Offshore Engineering has worked together for a number of years and has participated in the execution and delivery of several world-class projects as an integrated team.
Houston Offshore Engineering is flexible to best fit the execution
for any specific project: consulting services for specific tasks,
teaming with other contractors, integrating with the oil company client
themselves, or integrating within the general contractor.
The staff of Houston Offshore Engineering has also worked together
on a large number of projects involving those activities which precede
detailed design such as conceptual studies, preliminary designs, FEEDs,
design competitions, etc.
